What you will do

  • Develop product- and segment-specific pricing and packaging strategies across the enterprise SaaS portfolio.
  • Analyze customer usage, transaction data, and discounting behavior to identify pricing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to design pricing structures for new offerings, bundles, and usage models.
  • Lead the annual pricing cycle, including modeling, cross-functional alignment, and field readiness.
  • Simplify and modernize pricing architecture and lead SKU rationalization initiatives.
  • Create enablement materials, deal guidance, and ROI narratives for Sales and RevOps.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise B2B software pricing.
  • Hands-on experience designing SaaS pricing models and packaging strategies.
  • Expert-level financial and pricing modeling skills with Excel.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mid-market to large enterprise SaaS ($400M–$1B+).
  • Exposure to value-based pricing frameworks or customer value analysis.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business training.
  • Prior people leadership or mentoring experience.
