What you will do
- Develop product- and segment-specific pricing and packaging strategies across the enterprise SaaS portfolio.
- Analyze customer usage, transaction data, and discounting behavior to identify pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to design pricing structures for new offerings, bundles, and usage models.
- Lead the annual pricing cycle, including modeling, cross-functional alignment, and field readiness.
- Simplify and modernize pricing architecture and lead SKU rationalization initiatives.
- Create enablement materials, deal guidance, and ROI narratives for Sales and RevOps.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise B2B software pricing.
- Hands-on experience designing SaaS pricing models and packaging strategies.
- Expert-level financial and pricing modeling skills with Excel.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured problem-solving.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience in mid-market to large enterprise SaaS ($400M–$1B+).
- Exposure to value-based pricing frameworks or customer value analysis.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business training.
- Prior people leadership or mentoring experience.
