Legal Counsel (Fintech)

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to facilitate the development of new financial services.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice on financial services regulation within the UK, EU, and international regions.
• Deliver legal assistance across capital markets functions, including prime brokerage and execution platforms.
• Support legal activities related to digital assets, cross-border payments, and custodial solutions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 5-8 years of PQE with a background in capital markets, traded products, or prime brokerage.
• Solid grasp of UK and EU financial services regulation.
• Experience gained in-house at a financial institution or top-tier private practice.
• Must be based in London and able to attend the office for 10+ days per month.
