TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (requires 10+ days per month in-office)

What you will do

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for products, partnerships, and various business lines.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to develop and introduce new services.
  • Provide practical regulatory advice concerning financial services in the UK, EU, and other international regions.
  • Manage corporate governance and general legal matters.
  • Provide legal assistance for capital markets functions, including prime brokerage and execution platforms.
  • Support digital asset activities, including cross-border payments, stablecoin issuance, and custodial solutions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • 5-8 years' PQE with a background in capital markets, traded products, and/or prime brokerage.
  • Strong grasp of UK and EU financial services regulation.
  • Experience from a top-tier private practice or in-house at a financial institution.
  • Ability to present sophisticated legal issues clearly and provide practical advice.
