What you will do

• Structure and draft documentation for lending products, including securities-based loans, consumer loans, deposits, regulated mortgages, structured asset-backed loans and real estate financings.
• Support Capital Markets and Private Bank product launches, platform launches and business transformation projects.
• Advise on collateral enforceability, security registration and regulatory requirements across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Use AI tools to streamline transaction execution through automation and playbook development.
• Collaborate with lawyers across the global Legal Division and work with outside counsel on domestic and cross-border matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior lending or derivatives transactional experience, or financial services advisory experience with willingness to move into transactional work.
• Experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house.
• Very strong English language skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse, complex workload.
