Salary: $199,800 — $238,200 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Own and exceed direct sales quotas for new logo acquisition via global SI partners.
• Develop and execute KPI-driven, repeatable GTM processes to scale SI-sourced revenue.
• Align internal sales, alliances, and services teams to deliver a unified GTM approach.
• Build and nurture business and technical champions within SI organizations.
• Manage a global pipeline with clear accountability and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven success selling to or with global system integrators (GSIs, MSSPs).
• Consistent quota overachievement and strong command of pipeline metrics.
• Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
• Must be based in the USA and possess the legal right to work without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
