Location: Must live within the assied territory (South Boston, MA or Shakopee, MN)
Total annual compensation: $210,000 – $230,000

What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net hearing instrument sales quotas.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to grow business and resolve service or repair issues.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan alied with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with inside sales to prospect, develop, and recruit new customers.
- Introduce new products and provide software/hardware support to existing accounts.
- Utilize marketing tools and professional presentations to build customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Must be based in the desiated territory.
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales selling a tangible product.
- 3+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) selling experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
- Experience with database management.
- 4-year college degree preferred.
