Salary: $215,000 - $225,000 (Total Target Compensation)

What you will do

• Manage a defined sales territory to achieve and exceed revenue quotas for healthcare IT and SaaS-based solutions.
• Lead a discovery-driven, consultative sales process to position solutions that deliver measurable clinical and operational value.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Territory Business Plans with specific strategies to meet annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ICU Medical Directors, CIOs, CMIOs, and financial decision-makers.
• Lead commercial discussions and manage SaaS contract structures including SOW, SLA, and BAA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, implementation, and customer success teams for seamless deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT or MedTech SaaS solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT/SaaS solutions to North American healthcare clients.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and command of consultative selling in complex hospital environments.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECLS, respiratory therapy, or perfusion-related technologies.
• Experience working with Value Analysis Committees and navigating hospital IT procurement and finance processes.
