Focus on navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, implementing territory business plans, and bridging the gap between clinical needs and digital health solutions.

Location: Must be based in the US (Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, or Houston)

Salary: $215,000 - $225,000

What you will do

  • Manage a defined sales territory to achieve and exceed revenue quotas for healthcare IT and SaaS-based solutions in critical care environments.
  • Lead a discovery-driven, consultative sales process to identify client gaps and position solutions delivering clinical and operational value.
  • Develop and implement Territory Business Plans to align account needs with annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with ICU Medical Directors, CIOs, CMIOs, and hospital finance decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, including the negotiation of SaaS contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and BAAs.
  • Collaborate with clinical, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT or MedTech SaaS solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT, SaaS, and digital solutions to North American healthcare clients.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and command of consultative selling in multi-stakeholder hospital environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport for extensive travel.
  • Working knowledge of EMR platforms and IT infrastructure requirements for clinical software.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
