What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Inflight Services, Crew Services, Airport, Dispatch, Tech Ops, and Flight Operations.
• Coordinate crew notifications and provide on-demand support during irregular operations, diversions, and emergencies.
• Manage post-event care for flight attendants and resolve guest complaints through proper escalation.
• Provide after-hours Help Desk support and deliver daily operational recaps to leadership.
• Analyze Flight Attendant reliability and attendance trends to maintain operational efficiency.
• Issue corrective actions and deliver coaching in collaboration with People Services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, United States
• 4+ years of experience leading a diverse workforce.
• 3+ years of experience as a flight attendant.
• Ability to obtain and maintain hirify.global Flight Attendant Certification.
• Strong knowledge of FAM, FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based background check
