What you will do
- Lead the global Enterprise Risk program, focusing on risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and reporting.
- Manage the Business Continuity Management program and drive enterprise operational resilience planning and testing.
- Serve as deputy leader for enterprise crisis management, coordinating governance, response readiness, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with Tech, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Finance teams to address risks from business transformations and acquisitions.
- Oversee the enterprise risk register and deliver executive reporting for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Shape governance for AI and emerging technologies, managing risks related to model use and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
- Deep knowledge of ERM principles, governance, and operating models.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI governance.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Florham Park, New Jersey.
