What you will do

  • Lead the global Enterprise Risk program, focusing on risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and reporting.
  • Manage the Business Continuity Management program and drive enterprise operational resilience planning and testing.
  • Serve as deputy leader for enterprise crisis management, coordinating governance, response readiness, and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Finance teams to address risks from business transformations and acquisitions.
  • Oversee the enterprise risk register and deliver executive reporting for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
  • Shape governance for AI and emerging technologies, managing risks related to model use and data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
  • Deep knowledge of ERM principles, governance, and operating models.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI governance.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Florham Park, New Jersey.
