What you will do

• Own revenue and margin performance for a major portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations regarding scope, pricing, IP, and long-term visioning.
• Drive annual account planning, renewal strategies, and multi-year client roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop Client Service Directors and junior team members.
• Collaborate with creative and production leadership to ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and pilot innovative client offerings.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a creative agency, brand studio, or integrated marketing environment.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios and P&L performance.
• Expertise in negotiating master agreements and complex statements of work.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships (VP/C-Suite).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and staffing plans.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
