Area Manager

Salary: at least $80,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Collaborate with branch managers on operations, sales goals, staffing, fleet, and marketing plans
• Handle financial reporting, billing, analysis, cost control, and adherence to standards
• Lead, train, coach branch managers and staff, conduct performance reviews
• Increase market penetration, revenue, and performance through strategic planning and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in sales/customer service, 5-7 years operations management over multiple branches
• Proven leadership, supervisory, strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• US work authorization without sponsorship, 21+ years old, valid driver's license with clean record
• Available for 40 hours/week including shifts, open to 20% travel
