Salary: $252,000 – $280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own operational processes for developer submissions, reviews, launches, and ongoing monitoring of apps and plugins.
• Manage external review partners and policy workflows to ensure consistent standard application.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to translate platform goals into scalable operating processes.
• Lead high-priority partner reviews and escalations, balancing launch speed with user trust.
• Develop feedback loops to reduce developer friction and improve integration quality.
• Drive automation and AI-powered initiatives to scale review and support workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, developer operations, or product operations.
• Proficiency with technical concepts including APIs, MCP, OAuth, authentication, and data flows.
• Strong operational judgment to balance speed, safety, and business priorities.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation to scale manual operational processes.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid office requirement.
