What you will do

• Design and implement strategic multi-disciplinary AI programs to support client strategy.
• Manage large-scale program portfolios ($10M+) and coordinate multiple projects.
• Deploy AI capabilities within Department of Defense or government ecosystems.
• Provide innovative solutions for unusually complex problems with substantial decision-making latitude.
• Mentor and supervise employees in technical and company competencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management (AI/ML, analytics, or software).
• Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience leading $10M+ program ecosystems and multi-project coordination.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Project Management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting space, Air Force, Army, or multi-agency AI programs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, data lakes, or large analytics platforms.
• Expertise in AI risk management and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with military aviation, radar, or aerospace systems program management.
