• Lead the enterprise AI operating model to provide structure and visibility to AI initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to uncover high-impact opportunities and translate them into actionable programs.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of AI initiatives, tracking risks, progress, and business impact.
• Design and implement streamlined intake, governance, and approval processes.
• Influence strategic investment decisions based on business value and feasibility.
• Champion AI adoption by providing tools, frameworks, and guidance to internal teams.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, or program management.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing portfolios.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex opportunities into business cases.
• Excellent executive communication skills for a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 25% office presence in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee.
