What you will do

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Data Engineering and Analytics & Insights teams.
• Drive the maturation of the Helios Snowflake-based platform, including ingestion, core data models, and curated reporting layers.
• Deliver high-impact, proactive dashboards and analytics using Tableau and Power BI aligned with strategic priorities.
• Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making and lead the TIO Data Governance organization.
• Implement effective prioritization, intake, and roadmap processes to align delivery with business value.
• Promote AI thought leadership to accelerate the adoption of new technologies for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data engineering or analytics teams at scale.
• Strong expertise in modern data platforms, specifically Snowflake, DBT, and cloud-based pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and large-scale data ecosystems.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London (London Wall)
