What you will do

• Lead and mentor two high-performing engineering teams focused on clustering infrastructure and exposure data systems.
• Drive technical vision and roadmap, balancing reliability, scalability, and speed of iteration.
• Own the re-architecture of exposure systems for real-time fund tracing against nation-state actors and darknet markets.
• Evolve next-generation clustering platforms to stay ahead of the changing blockchain landscape.
• Partner with data producers, consumers, and product stakeholders to deliver world-class data experiences.
• Establish engineering processes and best practices to accelerate team output and system quality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software and data engineering background with experience in code reviews and architectural design.
• Deep expertise in large-scale data processing and distributed systems such as Spark, Flink, or Databricks.
• Proven track record of leading multiple high-performing engineering teams while maintaining technical depth.
• Ability to manage across multiple problem domains and context-switch between strategy and hands-on contribution.
• Strong focus on system reliability, data correctness, and cost-conscious engineering at scale.
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies with a desire to drive AI-first engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with blockchain protocols or on-chain data analysis.
