• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective enterprise-level clients.
• Generate new leads through strategic planning, referrals, and multi-channel outreach.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of healthcare leadership to convey value propositions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the staffing industry.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise-level staffing programs to healthcare leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
