What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve data governance frameworks across key customer data domains.
• Operationalize standards and documentation for data quality, metadata, cataloging, lineage, and stewardship.
• Partner with legal, technology, marketing, and product teams to embed governance and privacy requirements into execution.
• Drive metadata and catalog management efforts, establishing data definitions and ownership expectations.
• Ensure consent and privacy requirements are incorporated into governance standards and platform processes.
• Own the governance-related backlog and contribute to the roadmap for data maturity initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data, analytics, or governance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience supporting data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata, or catalog management.
• Strong understanding of consent and privacy requirements related to customer data management.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy and consent management platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
