TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $73,600 – $110,400

What you will do

  • Act as a liaison between technology teams, business units, and senior management to define system goals.
  • Gather and document functional business requirements and interpret them into detailed system designs.
  • Oversee daily performance of enterprise software and perform root-cause analysis for reported issues.
  • Coordinate in-depth system, integration, and customer acceptance testing for new and modified systems.
  • Research emerging application development products and standards to support procurement efforts.
  • Manage external software vendors, including contract negotiation and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k and US corporate structure).
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting software applications and software development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience with retail applications and familiarity with retail IT business practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and software quality assurance (QA) methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
