What you will do

• Process multi-state and multi-company bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual payrolls.
• Manage payroll, garnishment, and tax communication channels, providing timely resolution to all inquiries.
• Support the Sr. Payroll Manager with audit requests, tax correspondence, and process documentation.
• Analyze payroll data, reports, and forms to ensure accuracy and maintain complete records.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary data and meet strict deadlines.
• Handle ADP invoice distribution and general payroll administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume multi-state payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills, specifically for calculating bonuses, commissions, and premium pay.
• Understanding of HR/Payroll/Accounting process flows and deduction management.
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with high attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
