What you will do

• Review employee expense reports and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process payroll for a medium-sized company, including reviewing timecards and making necessary corrections.
• Investigate and resolve reimbursement discrepancies and escalate findings to management.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all company-wide processing deadlines are met.
• Build effective relationships with employees to provide timely communication regarding reimbursement inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in payroll processing and expense reporting.
• Must be based in Florida.
• Proficiency with payroll, HRIS, or expense management systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to travel to company headquarters on an as-needed basis.
