TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own expense treatment analysis and serve as the primary escalation point for coding and policy questions.
  • Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders on budget alignment and expense impact.
  • Manage monthly close processes, including accrual review, variance analysis, and flux commentary.
  • Develop and document business processes to strengthen internal controls and ensure GAAP/SOX 404 compliance.
  • Optimize month-end close efficiency through the adoption and review of AI initiatives.
  • Support acquisition integration activities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 compliance in a public company environment.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required; no sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

  • CPA certification.
  • Experience with NetSuite or Oracle.
  • Active usage of generative AI tools.
