Reliability Engineer (Manufacturing)

Salary: $105,600 - $140,700 USD Annual

What you will do

• Analyze and implement machinery designs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Direct the design, development, and improvement of equipment in assigned areas.
• Establish and execute action plans to meet OEE/TIP productivity targets.
• Schedule preventative (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance activities.
• Lead, train, and assign work to a small group of technical employees.
• Manage spare part inventories and coordinate with service group personnel.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future).
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and create blueprints.
• Experience with Safety Contract Manager requirements.
• Ability to work off-shift and report full-time to Tonawanda.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical training.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Teamcenter, or Maximo.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in setting up spare parts systems.
