What you will do

• Analyze equipment and process performance to identify irregularities and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Assist with maintenance planning, project budgeting, design reviews, and equipment installation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve plant reliability.
• Promote safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance by supporting EHS initiatives.
• Manage maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure safe work practices and SOP adherence.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 7+ years of experience with multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams, CAD drawings, and control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical control systems and proficiency with computer-based technologies in manufacturing.
• Flexibility to work 20% weekends as required.
