What you will do

• Implement and manage the Project HSE Plan.
• Conduct site HSE audits, inspections, and walkdowns.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) to establish corrective action plans.
• Provide HSE training, induction sessions, and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to senior and corporate management.
• Ensure all statutory HSE requirements are identified and communicated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience on construction project sites in the energy, manufacturing, oil, or gas industries.
• Completion of the OSHA 510 course is required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant U.S. safety/environmental regulations.

Nice to have

• OSHA 500 certification.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
