What you will do

• Develop and maintain the local workplace HSE Program, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
• Identify workplace hazards through monitoring and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and manage the Site’s Risk & Opportunities register.
• Administer safety training, SDS management systems, and the Site Safety Committee Program.
• Lead incident investigations, maintain recordkeeping, and evaluate HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate equipment inspections, audits, and emergency response drills, including evacuation and spill containment exercises.
• Manage environmental processes for waste minimization and reporting in accordance with RCRA, TSCA, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Griffin, GA, US.
• Experience in implementing HSE programs and conducting risk assessments.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Familiarity with RCRA, TSCA, and local environmental regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
