What you will do

• Monitor system health and respond to alerts to maintain stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues in cloud environments.
• Assist with system configuration, automation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to handle incident response and system recovery.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities.
• Contribute to capacity planning, scalability efforts, and the application of security practices.

Requirements

• Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and EKS.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX systems.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Exposure to Terraform, CloudFormation, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or New Relic.
• Understanding of system security, backup, and recovery practices.
