Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid role with up to 2 days/week work from home).

What you will do
- Provide proactive maintenance and operational support for internal and external network systems.
- Act as a customer point of contact for network management and coordinate incident resolution with resolver groups.
- Participate in the adoption of new services, automation strategies, and infrastructure improvements.
- Perform incident and problem management according to ITIL standards and SLAs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and monitoring of network equipment and services.
- Manage local suppliers and assist in onboarding new technologies.
Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate in Networks, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Technical knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Cisco products, Aruba WLAN, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Understanding of ITIL and Service Management practices.
- Experience or knowledge of programming languages like Python, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with network management tools such as PRTG, Solarwinds, or Splunk.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- CCNA certification.
- Previous experience in a technical domain or customer service role.
- Other relevant IT certifications.
