What you will do

• Plan and coordinate social coverage across sport-specific priority handles and the main @hirify.global channel.
• Develop and own the programming strategy, ensuring creators are effectively scheduled for key events and matchdays.
• Act as the primary editorial decision-maker during live events to ensure fast and accurate publishing.
• Create high-quality social content, including filming, editing, and clipping live feeds.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to align social goals.
• Optimize coverage plans and content mix based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social teams within sports or media environments.
• Deep multi-sport editorial knowledge and understanding of platform dynamics.
• Experience managing internal content creators and scheduling simultaneous priorities.
• Ability to produce end-to-end social content independently.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
