What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote consulting services to implement and support products for enterprise customers.
- Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of appliances.
- Act as the primary technical SME and internal customer advocate for problem resolution and future product direction.
- Create and maintain knowledgebase articles based on field incidents and critical issues.
- Support federal or commercial IT standards, including Security Audits, Change Management procedures, and the Federal ATO process.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in the Federal space.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-class infrastructure monitoring platforms.
- 5+ years of Linux operating system experience and 3+ years of MySQL Database experience.
- Proficiency with SNMP, vendor MIB architecture, and configuring SNMP trap/Syslog alerts.
Nice to have
- Experience with PHP, Python, or Linux scripting.
- Previous integration experience with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or other ITSM platforms.
- TS/CSI security clearance.
