Salary: $146,000 – $200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define and champion the technical evolution of the Okta UI framework as the single source of truth for administrative experiences.
• Own and prioritize a complex platform roadmap covering design systems, globalization, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with global engineering, design, and research teams to deliver scalable infrastructure.
• Synthesize complex requirements from global customers into high-value platform features.
• Optimize the internal developer experience using product data and performance metrics.
• Lead roadmap execution in direct partnership with Engineering, UX, and Product scrum teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to produce actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across global functions and time zones.
• Proven track record of shipping platform capabilities at scale.
• Must be based in North America to lead execution with development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing design systems, UI frameworks, or core software platforms.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and digital security protocols.
• Expertise in localization/globalization at scale and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile development.
• Advanced technical degree or an MBA.
