Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $175,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the Konnect Developer Portal self-service experience, including application registration, credential management, team management, and environments.
• Lead product discovery and shape the roadmap for multi-runtime access control across API, AI, and event gateways.
• Drive API and AI lifecycle management, productization, monetization, and lower-friction onboarding for PLG and enterprise customers.
• Partner with design, engineering, go-to-market, and customers to define and ship impactful features.
• Conduct user research, synthesize feedback, and make prioritization decisions.
• Define and track KPIs tied to product health, adoption, revenue, and ARR impact.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or platform products.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting developer-facing tools or APIs, with strong empathy for developers.
• Experience shipping complex product surfaces spanning frontend UX, backend integrations, and system design.
• Understanding of agentic workflows and experience with APIs, AI, and developer audiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, engineering, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CLI tooling, Markdown documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and product success metrics.

Nice to have

• 5+ years building developer-focused user experiences.
• Experience with API management or gateway platforms as a product professional or practitioner.
• Experience using AI to automate product management and development workflows.
