Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project coordination for campaigns, events, and website updates.
- Coordinate workflows across internal marketing teams, communications, and external agency partners.
- Utilize project management tools like Monday.com to track progress, deadlines, and approvals.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and freelance partner scopes.
- Review marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all channels.
- Create and edit light visual content for internal communications and social media using Canva.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing project management or creative operations.
- Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Warren, NJ or New York, NY.
- Proven experience managing brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and website projects.
- Strong proficiency with project management platforms like Monday.com.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional review cycles.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality control capabilities.

- Experience with website content management systems.
- Familiarity with basic UX principles for digital experience improvements.
