What you will do

• Drive cross-functional teams to develop and deliver media and event-led brand partnership projects within budget.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and services, identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Creative Strategists to interpret client briefs and design tangible deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and influencers.
• Monitor the global media and events market to keep tools and processes competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/account management or production within a media owner or creative/digital agency.
• Proven track record in client servicing and building high-quality client-facing decks.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to derive stories from data.
• Knowledge of the global media, advertising, and social media landscape.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
