Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $95,000 OTE (Base $65,000)

What you will do

• Design and optimize multi-channel outbound cadences including email, social, and video.
• Perform deep account research to craft value propositions for engineering and DevOps personas.
• Lead discovery conversations to quantify business impact and set up multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Monitor territory dashboards and maintain data integrity within Salesforce and other tools.
• Run A/B tests on messaging and scale winning plays for the global team.
• Mentor junior team members and provide deal-level coaching.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of SQL quota attainment and net-new logo generation.
• Expertise with modern sales stacks like Outreach, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
• Fluency in sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
