What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Drive safety program implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing.
• Maintain effective emergency response and assist in site-wide safety operations.
• Analyze safety data to influence behavioral changes and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of EHS experience OR Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant field OR 6 months of safety-related experience at hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already held.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
