What you will do

• Define and own the customer platform vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy focused on retention, expansion, and cost efficiency.
• Lead onboarding as a product, ensuring activation at both customer integration and end-user levels.
• Prioritise automation and in-platform guidance to enable self-serve at scale and reduce cost to serve.
• Develop data-driven insights to help customers and OEM partners evaluate performance and reduce churn risk.
• Manage positioning, messaging, launch, and commercial enablement of the platform.

Requirements

• Must have significant B2B product experience in platform, developer tooling, or B2B SaaS, ideally in B2B2C structures.
• Strong ability to connect product metrics to commercial outcomes and collaborate across Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
• Fluent understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data flows with close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience using AI in product work with a clear perspective on its appropriate application.
• Bonus: experience in energy tech, IoT, climate tech, or shipping LLM-powered product capabilities.
