What you will do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Energy Products & Quoting to support international expansion.
• Evolve platform capabilities for modern energy propositions, including time-of-use tariffs, multi-rate structures, and dynamic pricing.
• Champion the integration of AI for intelligent product recommendations, pricing optimization, and catalogue management.
• Drive international product capability to ensure localization for new regulatory markets without bespoke development.
• Apply commercial analysis to make "make vs. buy vs. partner" decisions and value-based prioritization.
• Coach and develop the product management capability within the team and the wider product community.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience with a track record in CPQ, pricing, or product catalogue platforms.
• Experience leading product strategy for multi-geography or multi-market platforms in highly regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of product modelling, pricing rules, eligibility, bundling, and quote lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of using AI and data to drive product decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage directly with external energy suppliers.
• Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, data models, and configuration engines.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utilities, or other regulated industries.
• Experience representing product strategy in industry forums or customer advisory boards.
