What you will do

• Own the enterprise integration strategy and API product roadmap.
• Design and ship integrations for health systems, payers, and strategic healthcare partners.
• Build embedded AI configuration tools that allow partners to customize the platform.
• Manage customer-specific roadmap prioritization across a complex enterprise portfolio.
• Translate bespoke customer requests into scalable product features.
• Partner with sales and engineering to scope technical feasibility and build robust APIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2B or platform products.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Ability to balance custom enterprise requests with long-term platform scalability.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across sales, engineering, and customer success.
• Strategic thinking and clear communication of technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience building API products or developer platforms.
• Background in healthcare IT, EMR integrations, HL7, or FHIR standards.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements such as HIPAA and BAA.
• Track record of scaling platform products from early customers to broad adoption.
