What you will do

• Embed within core business areas such as Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define business problems and formulate clear hypotheses before performing data analysis.
• Build reports, design experiments, and surface data insights to move key business metrics.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and drive outcomes with counterparts in product, growth, and finance.
• Own the end-to-end analytical function for your embedded business unit.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the US or Canada.
