Location: Hybrid working in Leeds or London
Salary: £45,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage the CCO's diary and prepare meeting packs, briefings, and summaries.
- Coordinate the operating rhythm for the commercial team, including leadership meetings, all-hands, and off-sites.
- Run internal communications cadence, including newsletters and town hall logistics.
- Prepare commercial reporting packs and maintain trackers for OKRs and key projects.
- Organize logistics for sales kick-offs, team away-days, and customer-facing events.
- Maintain shared drives, document libraries, and team AI libraries to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, EA, or business support roles.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds or London for hybrid work.
- Must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting updates and briefings.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive commercial and customer information.
Nice to have
- Experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing function.
- Background in event management or internal communications.
- Familiarity with the education sector or mission-led businesses.
- Interest in AI tooling and administrative workflow automation.
