What you will do

• Lead and develop the Workplace Services team, managing recruitment, 121s, and performance reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across all offices to ensure priority tasks are completed effectively.
• Implement and monitor SLAs and KPIs to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Manage building maintenance, security systems, and access control audits.
• Coordinate equipment, furniture, and supply needs for the office.
• Ensure statutory health and safety compliance and lead fire marshal and first aid teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in team leading or coaching.
• Essential knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols.
• Practical understanding of data protection and retention standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work on-site in Leeds.
