What you will do

  • Manage in-tenancy activities, including resident relations, reactive and planned maintenance, and escalation handling.
  • Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, and issue works orders to reduce repair times and improve first-time-fix success.
  • Ensure strict property compliance regarding EICR, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Oversee end-of-tenancy turnovers, deposit negotiations, and manage rental account arrears.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting and data within Qube and other PMS systems.
  • Collaborate with Lettings, Sales, and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential property management experience, ideally in PRS or new-build.
  • Industry qualification or membership of ARLA/Propertymark or The Property Institute (TPI).
  • Strong knowledge of UK compliance, including Health & Safety, Housing Act, and the Renters Right Bill.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and resolving complex tenancy issues.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Shared Ownership or mixed-tenure environments.
  • Proficiency with PMS systems such as SLM, Qube, or Fixflo.
