What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day London office operations to ensure a positive employee experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee facilities and building operations in partnership with landlords and contractors.
  • Lead health and safety processes, compliance requirements, and coordinate first aid and fire marshal training.
  • Coordinate supplier activity, obtain quotations, and resolve maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
  • Optimize office space usage, including desk planning, layout coordination, and office moves.
  • Manage office supplies, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and support the planning of company events.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in office management.
  • Essential experience in facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work onsite in London Monday-Friday.
