What you will do
- Lead and develop a global Business Support team, coaching members to own their areas and drive delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with the executive team to ensure support is aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead the teamβs adoption of AI and automation to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Take accountability for company-wide culture and community programs, including charitable giving and ESG targets.
- Oversee business travel policy and operations, ensuring smooth execution across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing a team with a focus on driving delivery through others.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders at the Exec or C-suite level.
- Track record of delivering large-scale events or programs with measurable outcomes.
- Experience owning and managing budgets.
- Confidence using AI tools and automation in an operational context.
- Must be able to travel to and from the Cambridge office safely in a day.
