What you will do
- Manage the commercial team's operating rhythm, including scheduling, agendas, and action tracking for leadership meetings and all-hands.
- Provide day-to-day support to the CCO, managing calendars, preparing briefing packs, and coordinating travel.
- Lead internal communications via newsletters, town halls, and Slack/Teams to keep dispersed sites connected.
- Coordinate commercial reporting packs and maintain trackers for OKRs and key projects.
- Plan and execute logistics for leadership off-sites, sales kick-offs, and customer events.
- Organize shared drives, Asana boards, and AI libraries to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, EA, or business support roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and maintain high organization in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting polished briefings and team updates.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive commercial and people data.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial, sales, or customer-facing functions.
- Background in the education sector or mission-led businesses.
- Interest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline administrative workflows.
