Director of Marketing (SaaS): Leading all marketing activities and strategy to drive brand awareness and sales growth for a no-code platform with an accent on demand generation, content strategy, and full-funnel performance marketing. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, or remote within a 2-hour time zone difference from San Francisco, New York, or Dublin.
Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year (based on location and qualifications).

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Own the marketing roadmap, budget, and performance tracking to drive user acquisition and trial starts.
- Lead content marketing efforts including SEO, video, and thought leadership to build brand authority.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to communicate feature value to diverse user segments.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize conversion funnels and ROI.
- Report directly to the CEO and provide high-level leadership to the marketing function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven expertise in SaaS or developer tools marketing.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing metrics including SEO, CAC, CVR, and LTV.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to create conversion-driven copy.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Must be located within a 2-hour time zone difference from San Francisco, New York, or Dublin.
Nice to have
- Experience with no-code or low-code development platforms.
- Prior experience in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with Webflow and Brevo.
