TL;DR

Vice President of Marketing (SaaS/DevTools): Own and scale demand generation, pipeline, and brand for a fast-growing API platform with an accent on GTM strategy, growth experiments, and developer-focused messaging. Focus on building repeatable growth engines, launching integrated campaigns, and establishing category leadership through data-driven revenue acceleration.

Location: Fully remote position in the US, primarily considering candidates based in the EST timezone to overlap with European business hours. Optional in-person in Miami or co-working worldwide.

Salary: $200K – $250K • Offers Equity

Fast-growing startup building a platform to streamline end-to-end digital product development from interface design to API implementation for developers at major companies.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve Go-To-Market strategy across all channels, including integrated campaigns, content, partnerships, and events.
  • Run growth experiments across the funnel, track and optimize marketing metrics like CAC and LTV.
  • Shape messaging and positioning for developers, platform engineers, and CTOs.
  • Build and manage marketing tools like Salesforce, analytics, and automation.
  • Lead thought leadership through blogs, conferences, and webinars; develop brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success; recruit and lead marketing team.

Requirements

  • Track record of growth/marketing leadership in fast-growing B2B SaaS, ideally dev-first/API environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software, developer tools, and APIs
  • Proven data-driven campaigns driving pipeline and revenue; hands-on with GTM stack (paid, SEO, ABM, PLG)
  • Sales exposure and fluency in funnel metrics/ROI
  • Strong communication skills; experience in remote, distributed teams
  • Customer-first mindset obsessed with developers
