Location: On-site in Midtown Manhattan, New York City (4 days/week)

Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, brand, and demand generation.
• Manage and mentor a Marketing Manager, setting clear strategic frameworks and performance goals.
• Build and execute a proactive GTM calendar to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Develop a content engine that translates customer insights and product wins into market momentum.
• Define the GTM narrative and ensure alignment across sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Oversee presence at industry events and conferences to maximize lead generation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with leadership roles in high-growth SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce environments.
• Proven track record of managing and developing individual contributors.
• Deep expertise in content, branding, performance marketing, and demand generation.
• Hands-on experience with paid channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to translate complex product value into simple, compelling messaging.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
