What you will do

  • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover business and technological needs.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce platform solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Manage all project lifecycle phases, including ramp, build, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with pre-sale teams to align solutions with customer needs based on demonstrations and conversations.
  • Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, consulting, and configuration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Consultant.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced configuration, security, permissions management, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
